Event filming and production for Help For Heroes

Last week we provided complete event production for our regular client Help For Heroes at Royal Windsor Racecourse.

The event saw their staff coming together for the first time since the covid-19 pandemic and was staged in a permanent marquee.

We provided;

  • Pre-event filming and editing

  • A stage

  • Stage lighting

  • A PA system inside and outside the marquee with Sound Engineer

  • 7 x microphones

  • 4 x 65 inch monitors

  • 1 x 85 inch monitor

  • 4 x cameras for covering the stage content, one of which was wireless.

  • 3 x camera operators

  • 1 x highlights camera with gimbal and camera operator

  • 1 x event photographer

  • 1 x Director

  • Same day highlights edit for play-out before the end of the day.

  • Post-event highlights edit.

The day was a mixture of talks and presentations on stage followed by light sporting activities and chill out zones.

Our team mixed the camera coverage which was relayed to the screens around the room.

We created an 'on the day' highlights edit which was played to the audience before they left and a more in-depth version was edited post event.

Event photography was also provided meaning we covered all angles of the event coverage.
