TV LIVE BROADCAST

We provide an HD or SD interlaced output for you via SDI. We broadcast using our LiveU or we can use your WMT or SNG truck.

We use a vision mixer so your director can see when the drone is grounded due to a battery change.

CAN DO

Produce lovely HD/4K footage and images.

Free fly over people if they are under my control. Flying near congested areas like towns and cities require a bit more planning.

Fly for up to 20 minutes without a battery change.

We can be airborne again in a minute and have enough batteries to last any shoot duration.

We can fly at night BUT we must conduct a daylight recce first.

Fly in rain, snow or above 20 mph wind.

FLIGHT FAQ's

ARE YOU LICENSED & QUALIFIED TO OPERATE COMMERCIALLY?
Yes. We have “permissions for aerial work” granted by the C.A.A and hold suitable qualifications granted by the Civil Aviation Authority.

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. As long as we adhere to operating guidelines and rules laid out by the C.A.A. We're fully insured and also have public liability cover.

CAN YOU FLY IN ANY WEATHER?
Unfortunately, we cannot fly in the rain, fog or snow! Strong winds can also be a problem however, we use a smooth camera gimbal which delivers very smooth shots. Please see our terms and conditions for weather issues.

CAN WE FLY INDOORS?
We can though we require a very large room to fly in!

HOW MANY PEOPLE OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT?
It depends on what needs shooting and how complex the shots are. In manys cases it's just one pilot but sometimes we need a spotter or assistant.

HOW LONG CAN WE FLY FOR?
We can fly for up to around 25 minutes on a single battery, after which time we need to land the drone to change the power supply.We have enough batteries to stay airborne all day.

WHAT IS THE HEIGHT, RANGE & SPEED OF THE DRONE?
We're only permitted to fly up to 400ft, however we can apply for extended heights on a job-by-job basis if flying higher is required. We can fly out to 500m giving us a 1km radius. The fastest the drone travels is 45mph. We need to maintain line of sight with the drone at all times.
