In the last week we have been working closely with our friends at Help For Heroes on their yearly staff get-together.
We were tasked with providing complete event production for the gathering of 250 people at Royal Windsor Racecourse.
We provided;
5 x cameras (1 wireless)
4 x camera operators
1 x director
1 x sound engineer
1 x vision engineer
7 x large screens
2 x vision mixers
Internal PA system
2 x external PA systems
1 x induction loop
8 x head mics & 1 x handheld
Staging
Lighting
Powerpoint system with screens
In addition to the event production in Berkshire we filmed and edited some of the content shown on the day and created a same day highlights edit which was played to the staff during the event.
The day was a mixture of talks and presentations on stage followed by light sporting activities and chill out zones.
Our team mixed the camera coverage which was relayed to the screens around the room.
